Brigadeiros


I have been making brigadeiros  for years and I never tire of them. I love them :). They are also unbelievably easy to make. If you're a fan of chocolate and you haven't done so yet, try them. You won't regret it.

Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
60g cocoa powder
2 tablespoons milk
30 g butter
Lots and lots of chocolate sprinkles
Oil

Method
In a saucepan, mix the milk with the chocolate powder and the condensed milk. Add the butter and put it over a low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to pull away from the bottom of the pan.
Pour the mixture in a bowl previously greased with oil, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and leave it to cool down. When its temperature allows, make little balls with your hands (greased with oil), and roll each one of them in the chocolate sprinkles.
Place them into paper cases and serve cold.

Há anos que faço brigadeiros e nunca me canço deles. Adoro :) São também inacreditavelmente fáceis de fazer. Se ainda não provaste e se és fã de chocolate experimenta. Não te vais arrepender.

Ingredientes
1 lata de leite condensado
60g de chocolate em pó
2 colheres de sopa de leite
30 g de manteiga
Montes e montes de chocolate granulado

Óleo


Preparação
Num tacho, mistura o leite com o chocolate em pó e o leite condensado. Junta a manteiga e leva a lume brando, mexendo sempre até o preparado se despegar do fundo do tacho.
Deita a massa dos brigadeiros num prato untado com um pouco de óleo, para evitar que se agarre e deixa arrefecer. Quando a temperatura da massa permitir, faz bolinhas com as mãos, previamente untadas com óleo e passa-as em seguida pelo chocolate granulado.
Coloca em caixinhas de papel frisado e serve frios.
